Karen has been in the title industry since 1998. She also has experience as a mortgage
processor/underwriter and as a mortgage closer. Karen will be responsible for ordering title searches,
data entry, status of orders and conveyancing. Once the title commitment is received she will review
and clear title by ordering payoffs for mortgages and judgments, tax, water, sewer certifications.
At the closing, she will serve as a Notary Public. She will ensure that the execution and explanation
of the loan and title documents are done in an effortless, proper and professional manner. At the
closing she collects and distributes the funds associated with the transaction. After the closing
she will send the required documents for recording and once the documents come back from recording
she will prepare the final title policy for which title insurance is based upon.
